The opportunity:

Hyundai Motor Company Australia are committed to providing the highest standard of service to our dealer network. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Regional Sales team as an Aftersales Area Sales Manager based at our Regional Office at Mount Waverley (VIC).

About the role:

  • Providing operational support to dealers on all Parts and Service issues for a defined territory
  • Ensuring regional parts sales and profitability targets within your control are met
  • Providing leadership and support on Customer Service, retention and dealer facilities issues
  • Liaising with national technical training to ensure relevant training is conducted for your area
  • Ensure individual, territory and regional CSI targets are met
  • Administering warranty policies and procedures
  • Contributing to and supporting regional and national parts and service programs including marketing initiatives

  • The ideal candidate will have:

    • Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive service environment
    • Tertiary qualifications (not essential)
    • Good organization, time management skills with the ability to operate autonomously
    • Computer literacy with Microsoft office
    • Good presentation skills
    • Strong technical knowledge and Hyundai brand experience highly regarded
    • Exposure to Service & Parts administrative environment
