The 2024 i30 Sedan N is here, headlined by an aggressive exterior restyle, lightweight 19-inch forged alloy wheels, additional tech features, and a range of motorsport-derived dynamic upgrades.

“With its upgraded chassis, aggressive style and new features, 2024 i30 Sedan N provides an even more engaging and dynamic package for our N-thusiast customers,” he said.

2024 i30 Sedan N Line-up

2024 i30 Sedan N continues in a single highly equipped trim, with Hyundai’s N 8-speed dual-clutch transmission as standard and a 6-speed manual offered as a no-cost option.

2024 i30 Sedan N Premium is an all-inclusive high-performance package, with a sunroof available as an option.

EXTERIOR

2024 i30 Sedan N applies a motorsport-inspired look to the model’s bold, progressive design, which is inspired by the concept of ‘Parametric Dynamics’ and builds on Hyundai’s ‘Sensuous Sportiness’ design language through the celebration of geometric shapes, 3D surfacing and sensuous lines.

At the front, a lower and wider impression is created by a menacing new wide, split grille, which also serves to improve engine cooling, and channels cooling air to the front brakes through racecar-style guides.

New 19-inch black forged alloy wheels are lighter than those previously fitted, and bring heightened handling and an aggressive image.

A deeper and more pronounced rear bumper design features a wrap-around lower red strip - or grey strip when teamed with Ultimate Red exterior - to create an equally sporty impression at the rear.

2024 i30 Sedan N completes the sporty and purposeful look with contemporary flat, aluminium badges finished in black.

2024 i30 Sedan N is available in seven exterior colours, including N-signature Performance Blue.

Other choices include the solid Atlas White, Cyber Grey, Ultimate Red and Intense Blue Metallic, and Ecotronic Grey and Abyss Black Mica.

CHASSIS

2024 i30 Sedan N incorporates a series of motorsport-derived upgrades that elevate the model’s already exceptional dynamics.

Chassis upgrades include a reinforced engine mount membrane, for reduced vibration and improved agility, G-bushing reinforcement for improved yaw response and steering precision, and a new rear suspension S/ABS insulator on the rear support - now made from urethane rather than rubber - for improved damping and yaw response.

2024 i30 Sedan N’s Electronic Controlled Suspension (ECS) hardware and software have been further optimised to deliver enhanced body control.

The motor-driven steering system benefits from a gear box yoke revised to enhance feedback and directness, a low-friction universal joint that increases steering precision, and software optimised to make the most of the chassis and steering upgrades.

In addition, i30 Sedan N’s braking performance and fade resistance is further enhanced with upgraded Electronic Stability Control (ESC) software and a new thermal protector on the front brake hoses.

KEY NEW FEATURES

2024 i30 Sedan N introduces additional tech features that enhance an already enticing package, including the following:

• Intelligent Speed Limit Assist (ISLA) – which uses navigation data and road sign recognition to inform the driver of the speed limit

2024 i30 Sedan N becomes the first N model to receive Hyundai’s state-of-the-art Bluelink^TM Connected Car Services as part of a continuing commitment to rolling out Bluelink^TM for every vehicle.

Hyundai Bluelink™ and the accompanying connected car services are commentary for the first 5-years of new vehicle ownership and are transferrable to subsequent owners within this 5-year period.
