To ensure we continue to provide the best customer service, we train our people to the highest level. The education and training of our Hyundai technicians is the foundation of Hyundai Customer Service. Our training commences with apprentices through the Hyundai Advanced Apprentice Academy.

The pathway to be a Hyundai Technician commences as an apprentice technician with at one of 170 dealers across the country. This is a four year apprenticeship (AUR30616 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology) requiring attendance at an Registered Training Organisation (RTO). As HMCA is an RTO (RTO Code: 91394), we are licensed to deliver this nationally recognised qualification to Hyundai apprentices at our regional training academies in QLD, NSW, VIC & WA.

Factory-trained technicians are the experts in the care and maintenance of Hyundai vehicles. The Hyundai Advanced Apprentice Academy provides the opportunity to teach apprentices in a structured learning environment together with programs to develop diagnostic skills using the latest equipment available. This creates highly skilled technicians of the future as our aim is for all apprentices to develop the knowledge and attain the skills to deliver the highest quality customer service in the industry. We are also helping many young men and women develop a fantastic career within the Hyundai brand.
