While-you-wait servicing.

A select range of express workshop services can now be booked at a growing number of Hyundai service centres, where you can wait and relax for your vehicle at our service centre lounges with free WiFi and a coffee or tea. If you’re within a 5km radius, you may also be able to book a shuttle bus or drop-off service. Ask about our while-you-wait servicing when it’s time for your Hyundai’s next service.

Common servicing questions.

There are unique servicing needs per year of ownership to ensure your car's value is maintained overtime.

The entitlements under the Lifetime Service Plan Program remain with the eligible vehicle if the original owner on-sells the vehicle. Any subsequent owner of the eligible vehicle will be entitled to take advantage of the Lifetime Service Plan Program. Entitlements cannot be transferred to any other vehicle. The applicable published price will cover the standard items in each scheduled maintenance service. The standard items in each scheduled maintenance service are:

(a) labour;
(b) parts;
(c) lubricants; and
(d) sundries such as oil and waste recycling and/or removal, workshop supplies etc.

The Lifetime Service Plan offer is provided exclusively by Hyundai authorised dealerships only. A list of all Hyundai Dealerships can be found at Find a Dealer.

The Lifetime Service Plan Program is retrospective. That is, all Hyundai vehicles from a 1986 model year onwards are eligible.

Hyundai vehicles not imported into Australia by Hyundai Motor Company Australia Pty Ltd ABN 58 008 995 (previously called Hyundai Automotive Distributors Australia Pty Ltd), such as “grey import” and privately imported vehicles, are not eligible for the Lifetime Service Plan Program.

[H1] For the benefit of Hyundai owners, Hyundai provides online quotes, which specify the maximum price applicable for a vehicle's next scheduled maintenance service at a participating authorised Hyundai dealer and using Hyundai Genuine Parts (where required). Online quotes are available at www.hyundai.com/au/en/find-a-dealer#service apply for a stated effective period only and may change after that effective period without notice. Standard scheduled maintenance services are of limited scope. The benefit of online quotes is available for all Hyundai's, for their lifetime. 5 Year Warranty.
[H1] If the vehicle has been used for private and domestic purposes and is not and has not been previously used for a commercial application, including but not limited to taxi, hire, rental, courier, security, driving school, tour, bus operator or emergency vehicle. Vehicles used at any time for “commercial application”, as defined in the vehicle warranty policy, are excluded. Passenger vehicles that are or have been used for a commercial application are provided with a 5 year/130,000km warranty (whichever occurs first). A People Mover Van that is used or has been used for a commercial application is provided with a 5 year/160,000km warranty (whichever occurs first). A Commercial Van is provided with a 5 year/160,000km warranty (whichever occurs first) regardless of its usage. Roadside Support Plan
[H3] Included 12 months Roadside Support when you purchase a new Hyundai passenger vehicle (excluding rental buyers). Further Roadside Support extensions are available, each for 12 months from the date of a scheduled maintenance service at a participating authorised Hyundai dealer (unless vehicle is more than 108 months (9 years) from the original new car sale date, in which case entitlement to Roadside Support ends when vehicle reaches 120 months (10 years) from original new car sale date). Hyundai Genuine Parts
[H4] Hyundai Genuine Parts are backed by a 12 month warranty when installed at a Hyundai Service Centre. You can find out more about our warranty program by downloading the full Parts Terms and Conditions.

Pre-Paid Servicing Plan
[H5] For scheduled services only, including parts. Does not include wear and tear items: eg, brake pads. To see the full terms and conditions, please download the Hyundai Pre-Paid Service Plan PDF.

Sat Nav Update Plan
[H6] Only applies to new vehicles with factory-fitted satellite navigation. Updates are delivered annually and are included if the vehicle completes a scheduled service at a participating Hyundai dealer. Models with factory-fitted satellite navigation, updates must be undertaken within 10 years of the vehicle’s initial purchase, maximum number of 9 updates. As part of the Sat Nav Update process, some of your settings may need to be reset. New features are available on selected models. New MY 2021 models will have the latest 2021 maps already installed in the vehicles AVN and will be eligible to install annual map updates once released by AutoEver. For all other Hyundai vehicles (excluding i45), updates must be undertaken within 6 ½ years of the vehicle’s initial purchase, with a maximum number of 5 updates. As part of the Sat Nav Update process, some of your settings may need to be reset. New features are available on selected models fitted with satellite navigation – Veloster (JS), i30 (PD), i30N (PDeN), IONIQ, Elantra (AD PE), Kona(OS), Nexo (FE), Venue (QX), Tucson (TL) and Santa Fe (TM).
