As one of the first Australians to own the all-new IONIQ 5 N, your vehicle will be customised and built exclusively for you. Changes to your configuration are possible, but may impact your expected delivery date[D10].

Charging times will also be dependent on the condition and durability of the high voltage battery, charger specifications, and ambient temperature at point of use.

Lifetime Service Plan
[H1] Hyundai provides online quotes which specify the maximum price applicable for a vehicle’s scheduled service at a participating Hyundai dealer and using Hyundai Genuine Parts (where required). Online quotes are available at hyundai.com/au/en/find-a-dealer#service, apply for a stated effective period only and may change after that effective period without notice. Standard scheduled maintenance services are of limited scope. The benefit of online quotes is available for all Hyundai's, for their lifetime. See PDF for full terms and conditions.
Premium Roadside Support Plan
[H2] 24 months included Premium Roadside Support when you purchase a new IONIQ 5 N. Premium Roadside Support commences from the date of the vehicle's warranty commencement. When you have your IONIQ vehicle's scheduled service at a participating Hyundai Dealer, you will receive the corresponding period of Premium Roadside Support from the date of service. Sat Nav Update Plan
[H3] Updates are included if the vehicle completes a scheduled service at a participating Hyundai dealer. Updates must be undertaken within 10 years of the vehicle’s initial purchase, maximum number of 9 updates. As part of the Sat Nav Update process, some of your settings may need to be reset. 5 Year Vehicle Warranty
[H4] If the vehicle has been used for private and domestic purposes and is not and has not been previously used for a commercial application, including but not limited to taxi, hire, rental, courier, security, driving school, tour, bus operator or emergency vehicle. Vehicles used at any time for “commercial application”, as defined in the vehicle warranty policy, are excluded. Passenger vehicles that are or have been used for a commercial application are provided with a 5 year/130,000km warranty (whichever occurs first).

[D1] Completing all steps in this application may reserve your position in the queue to order an IONIQ 5 N vehicle, but is not an order to purchase. IONIQ 5 N stock may at times be limited, and will be allocated to customers on a first-come-first-serve basis. However, we may also take into account the following factors (assessed in our absolute discretion) to determine which applications result in a successful vehicle order:
A customer’s proximity to a Hyundai delivery or service location; and or
whether the customer is a first time buyer of the IONIQ 5 N; and or
whether there is already an IONIQ 5 N vehicle in the customer’s household.
We reserve the right to cancel any application where we determine that a customer cannot order a vehicle based on the above factors. The average wait time for delivery will depend on whether your new car is available in stock or requires a factory order. Wait times of 3 – 12 months for delivery may apply if your car is not in stock. We will be able to give you an estimated delivery time when you place a deposit, and this will be set out in your contract of sale. Vehicles must be registered and delivered in the same state or territory specified in the customer’s original application. For more information, contact us on 1800 186 306.
[D8]Paying a deposit reserves your place in the queue to purchase an IONIQ 5 N and is not an order to purchase. Stock availability is not guaranteed. If stock is confirmed, customers will be notified in writing and are required to enter a contract of sale within 28 days of that notification, at which time legal obligations arise and the deposit will be applied against the purchase price. If the customer does not enter into a contract (signing and returning the contract to us within 28 days of notification), we are entitled to cancel the order and the contract is withdrawn and not enforceable. The deposit is fully refundable for any reason up until a contract of sale is entered. A deposit is not transferrable under any circumstances.
[D10] While we will try to accommodate your requests, please note that any changes to your details, (including but not limited to delivery location or preferred vehicle configuration) that are made between paying your deposit and entering a contract of sale to purchase the vehicle, may result in you losing your place in the queue to purchase an IONIQ 5 N and result in a later delivery date as we cannot guarantee your reconfigured vehicle will be available in the same timeframe. Please notify us as soon as possible of any such changes.
[C1] Charging time may increase if peak charging rates are not achieved. The purchase of a home charging station does not include the cost of installation. Installation of a home charging station is at additional cost and should be conducted by a qualified and experienced electrician.
[C2]Only use the charging cable that is suitable for your electric vehicle. The manufacturer takes no responsibility for defects associated with a faulty charging unit or vehicle.
